Does
everyone have to purchase the buffet?
Yes. Because the party
will take place in the all-you-can-eat
buffet, everyone must
purchase the buffet to participate in the party. Many times
if parents only want to eat and not have the party package then we
suggest purchasing an individual buffet for that person.
There are no exceptions, everyone must purchase the buffet (either
in the birthday package or individual) to enter the buffet.
We do offer an alternative. You are allowed to come in on
your own and set in the non-reserved table area located by the
indoor track. This area is a first come first served
basis. Birthday party packages would not be applicable in
this situation but group rates may apply. Food concessions are
available from here as well.
Can
we return to the buffet?
Yes. You have three
hour access to the buffet. However, after your two
hour use of private room, general seating will be
available in the buffet (no reserved seating).
During your 3 hours you may come and go as many times as you
desire.
Does
my party receive a party coordinator/host or hostess?
No.
However, we
will make sure you know how attractions are scheduled and
fun park information and then you are free to structure
your fun how you desire. Staff will be available
to assist you and will check on you often. If you
desire a coordinator, one can be added for $25.00.
Why
do we have an arrival time and start time?
Because of the size
of our facility it is best to start with your whole
group present. This time allows us to get everyone
checked in for activities and the buffet. Please
encourage your guests to arrive within the 15 minute
arrival time frame. On busy days it is necessary
to schedule your laser tag and go-karts early to make sure your
party runs smoothly.
What
are game credits?
Most of our games
use a debit card to operate and a "credit" is
the equivalent to the token we once used. Some
games still operate on tokens and they can be purchased
with the debit card at a token machine. After
"swiping" your card at the desired game, the unit will
then tell you how much is left on your card. Money/credits
can then be added at any cashier station or at kiosks in the park.
How
long should we plan on being at Craig's Cruisers?
A party typically
takes between two-and-a-half to three hours when you
figure the extra buffet time. This is an estimate
and could vary depending on business volume.
What
are attractions?
We have Indoor
Go-karts, Bumper Cars, Frog Hopper, Rock Wall, High
Ropes Course and Laser Tag. Our outdoor activities
include Go-karts, Rookie Karts, Kiddie Karts, Miniature
Golf and Bumper Boats. Height restrictions apply
