Frequently Asked Questions

• Does everyone have to purchase the buffet?

  Yes. Because the party will take place in the all-you-can-eat buffet, everyone must purchase the buffet to participate in the party. Many times if parents only want to eat and not have the party package then we suggest purchasing an individual buffet for that person. There are no exceptions, everyone must purchase the buffet (either in the birthday package or individual) to enter the buffet. We do not offer tables for parties held outside the buffet. You are welcome to come have fun at the park doing games and attractions without buying the buffet but there are not tables available for your party to gather/use. All Birthday Packages include the buffet. We do offer great packages everyday for people that want to come but not eat. See Specials/Rates page for more details on other specials.

• Can we return to the buffet?

  Yes, within your 3 hour access. During your 3 hours you may come and go as many times as you desire. Please remember we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Does my party recieve a party coordinator/host or hostess?

  Your package does not include a host. However, we will make sure you know how attractions are scheduled and fun park information and then you are free to structure your fun how you desire. Staff will be available to assist you and will check on you often. If you desire a coordinator, one can be added for $30.00.

• Why do we have an arrival time and start time?

  Birthday parties are scheduled time slots. We cannot extend your party if you are late. We encourage you to arrive up to 15 minutes early to check-in to take care of your final payment. Also, for the Champion Wristband Package and the Ultimate Experience Package we need to check for each guest’s completed waiver in our database. 

• What are arcade credits?

  Most of our games use a debit card to operate and a “credit” is the equivalent to the token we once used. After “swiping” your card at the desired game, the unit will then tell you how much is left on your card. Money/credits can then be added at any cashier station or at kiosks in the park. Tickets for the prize shop are also added to the debit card.

• How long should we plan on being at Craig's Cruisers?

  Your birthday party is scheduled for 3 hours.

• What are attractions?

  We have Indoor Go-Karts, Ninja Course, Cruiser Coaster, Bumper Cars, Frog Hopper, Ropes Course and Laser Tag. Our outdoor attractions are seasonal and include Go-Karts, Miniature Golf, Zip Line and Bumper Boats. Height restrictions apply and details can be found by Clicking Here.
