• How many people do I need for the Group Rates?

  20 or more guests are needed to receive the discounted Group Rates.

• How do I reserve a Group Rate?

  Reservations are subject to availability. Contact us as soon as you have a date in mind to secure your booking!

  Your reservation and 50% non-refundable deposit are required at least 3 days before your event date. Groups without a reservation or deposit are subject to a walk-in fee of $2 per person.

• Can I add extra items to my Group Package?

  Yes! 

  We have a list of available Add-Ons above. These are volume discounts and every member of your group must have the Add-On to receive the special rate.

• Do you serve alcohol?

  Catered Alcohol is an available Add-On. Beverage offerings include beer and wine. Other fees apply (bartender, room, etc.), contact Group Sales for rates and availability (616) 530-2900 x19 or groups@craigscruisers.com

  

• What is an Attraction?

  We offer 3 forms of recreation:

  • Attractions

  • Jump Time in the Trampoline Park

  • Arcade

  Attractions consist of:

  Indoor – Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Cruiser Coaster, Bumper Cars and Frog Hopper.

  Outdoor – Go-Karts, Zip Line, Mini-Golf (2 courses), Bumper Boats and The 360. This offerings are seasonal and weather permitting.

  Jump Time in the Trampoline Park is sold in hour increments and is not an attraction. Craig’s Cruisers Jump Socks are required to participate.

  Arcade credits are used to play arcade games. Any dollar value can be put on an arcade card. Games range in price from .50 to $3 per play.
