Cait has been in the event industry since 2011 with a advertising and public relations degree from Grand Valley State University. GVSU is where she discovered her passion for the hospitality and tourism industry which lead to her role at Craig’s Cruisers Family Fun Centers in 2015. Cait has helped thousands of guests execute and enjoy their events. Cait is also a dog person, creative crafter, bookworm, and baking enthusiast.

Heather has been in the event industry since 2020. Through the years she has worked everything from 500 person Private Corporate Parties, After Prom Lock-in's, School & Youth Events, and amazing Birthday celebrations. Heather prides herself on creating a smooth booking and planning process and has an incredible passion for providing guests with wonderful experiences that will last a lifetime. Heather loves working with her team at Craig’s Cruisers Family Fun Centers and looks forward to assisting you ‘where the fun never ends’. While away from work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new places!

Online bookings require at least 72 hours’ notice. For reservations within 72 hours, please call the park directly for availability and assistance.
Birthday Party rates are available with a reservation and dependent upon availability. There is a non-refundable $50 deposit required. Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance, events booked later than 2 days are considered walk-in parties and will be subject to a $4 per person fee. Final payments must be processed in one transaction at check-in on the event date.
